Why millennials choose one job over another

Countless posts have been written about Millennials, while employers are still trying to make sense of how to better approach and motivate them.

According to Futurestep survey, compensation is one of the least important factors for recruiting Millennial talent, while visibility and buy-in into the mission/vission are key.
