It all goes well, until the question „Why should we hire you?” ..doesn’t it? When it comes to job interviews, there are several questions that are one of the major reasons why your job interview does not provide the results that are in your best interests.
One such question is: “Why should we hire you?” Knowing your strenghts, your skills and presenting them in a professional way is what differentiates you from the other candidates, what makes you the best candidate and not just another good one.
When you are already scheduled for an interview, it means that the recruiter considers you have the hard skills required. What you have to do is to show him that you did not just put some fancy job titles and descriptions in your resume, but let him know a few things about your experience in former working places.
